The challenge
Pactum had a strong reputation with their clients as a professional and forward-thinking firm. Their existing logo, visual identity, and website did not reflect that. All three felt outdated and out of step with how the firm actually operates and positions itself in the market.
The brief was to rethink the visual identity from the ground up, with professionalism, modern thinking, deep sector expertise, and range as the core characteristics to build from.
How we made it happen
We opened the project with a 35-day plan of action covering every phase from research to launch.
The first step was a full audit of the existing brand identity, logo, and website. This gave us a clear picture of where the brand stood before we made any changes. We then ran market research to identify Pactum's main competitors, map gaps in their online positioning, and understand which visual and colour conventions were already established in the consulting industry. That research shaped our decisions on the new identity so the result would feel native to the sector while still standing out.
With the research done, we moved into building the new visual identity. We defined a new colour palette and font families, then designed the updated logo in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Pactum's team approved the initial concept, which set the foundation for the website phase.
We redesigned all website pages in Figma, applying the new brand identity across every element, including colours, typography, iconography, and logo. Alongside the design work, we ran content alignment sessions with Pactum's team to audit existing copy, identify what needed updating, and confirm what new content was required. The goal was a website that was fully operational and complete from day one.
Development was carried out in a staging environment using WordPress and Elementor Pro. The final build matched the approved high-fidelity designs in full. We then implemented all content in both English and Spanish, ran performance, SEO, and accessibility tests, cleared all bugs and errors, and tested the top 5 user journeys, all contact forms, and every internal and external link before going live.
The new website replaced the existing one on launch day with no downtime. The project was completed in 35 calendar days.
