The challenge
Following our successful launch of Alexander Schill's personal web-site, the professional show jumper returned to us to bridge the gap between his show jumping career and his role as a BOSS Equestrian Partner. We developed AS Shop as a sophisticated eCommerce destination tailored for the resale of BOSS Equestrian products.

We developed AS Shop as a sophisticated eCommerce destination tailored for the resale of BOSS Equestrian products.
Our focus was on balancing the elite aesthetic of the BOSS brand with a high-conversion, scalable system designed to capture and streamline sales across the EU market.
How we made it happen
To bring the Alexander Schill Shop to life, we executed a 40-working-day roadmap, transitioning from initial Figma architectural designs to full technical deployment.
We developed custom, dynamic templates for the entire user journey, including custom layouts for BOSS product categories, high-conversion single product pages, and a streamlined checkout flow. To serve the EU equestrian market, we implemented robust multilingual support in German and English, complemented by an intelligent GPS-based localization feature. This system automatically identifies the user's region and adjusts the currency, significantly enhancing user convenience and driving higher conversion rates.
Finally, we engineered a user-friendly backend Content Management System (CMS) empowering the AS Shop Team to manage their operations autonomously without the need for ongoing technical support.
