The challenge

We designed and developed a comprehensive equestrian platform that puts riders, horses, and sponsors at the centre, providing all the tools needed to showcase world-class show jumping.

Stellium Sporthorses's team have approached us with a clear mission: to create a premium digital home that matches the standard of their equestrian programme. The goal was to build a centralised platform where prospective buyers, sponsors, and riding enthusiasts could explore their horses, meet their riders, and understand what makes Stellium exceptional.

The primary challenge was architecting a system capable of handling an extensive and ever-evolving database of sporthorses and stallions. Each horse required detailed profiles, pedigrees, and high-resolution imagery, all while maintaining a clean, high-performance interface that felt as refined as the sport itself.

Stellium needed a partner who could translate elite athletic performance into elite digital design: a platform built on trust, transparency, and an unwavering attention to detail.

How we made it happen

To bring the Stellium Sporthorses vision to life, we structured our approach around a detailed roadmap spanning a total of 45 calendar days. This timeframe was designed to cover every stage of the digital lifecycle, from initial creative ideation to technical deployment.

We began with an intensive design phase, using Figma to architect the platform's visual identity and user interface from the ground up. During this period, our team crafted every individual website page, and specialised components including dynamic horse profile templates, pop-up banners, and email templates. By prototyping in Figma first, we ensured the complex navigation architecture and dynamic horse directory system were perfected and approved before development start.

Once the design system was finalised, we transitioned immediately into the development phase within the same 45-day window. We established a technical foundation by configuring the WordPress environment with Elementor Pro. This infrastructure allowed us to move quickly from hosting and domain setup to the live configuration of essential elements: responsive headers and footers, mobile-friendly hamburger navigation, loop items, and dynamic content templates.

The architectural core focused on a data-driven horse directory experience. We developed custom dynamic category and single horse profile templates, which allow the client to manage a large database of sporthorses and stallions while presenting users with a clear, standardised profile system.

To solidify the platform's market presence, we activated advanced SEO extensions and integrated comprehensive GDPR compliance tools, ensuring a transparent, secure, and professional environment from the moment of launch.
