The challenge
We designed and developed a comprehensive affiliate casino platform that puts the user at the core, providing all the essential data and tools needed to make responsible and informed choices in the gaming world.
Shadow Affiliates approached us with a clear vision: to move beyond traditional affiliate models and build a transparency-first platform. The goal was to create a centralized hub where users could navigate the complex landscape of online and crypto casinos with ease and confidence.
The primary challenge was to architect a system capable of handling extensive data - from detailed casino ratings to country-specific content, while maintaining a clean, high-performance user interface. Shadow needed a partner who could translate a vast amount of technical information into a user-centric experience that prioritized responsible gaming.
How we made it happen
To bring the Shadow Affiliates vision to life, we structured our approach around a detailed roadmap spanning a total of 60 calendar days. This comprehensive timeframe was designed to cover every stage of the digital lifecycle, from initial creative ideation to technical deployment.
We began with a high-intensity design phase, where we utilized Figma to craft the platform's visual identity and user interface from the ground up. During this period, our team designed the company logo, every individual website page, and specialized components like pop-up banners and email templates. By prototyping in Figma first, we ensured that the complex "user-first" navigation and the detailed rating system were perfected and approved before a single line of code was written.
Once the design system was finalized, we transitioned immediately into the development phase within the same 60-day window. We established a robust technical foundation by configuring the WordPress environment with Elementor Pro. This infrastructure allowed us to move quickly from setting up hosting and domain credentials to the live configuration of essential elements such as responsive headers, footer, loop items, mobile-friendly hamburger menu, and dynamic templates.
The architectural core of the platform focused on a data-driven user experience. We developed custom dynamic Categories and Single result templates, which allow the client to manage a massive database of gaming providers while presenting users with clear, standardized rating system. To ensure global relevance and compliance, we implemented GPS-based content delivery - a specialized feature that filters content so users only interact with providers licensed and available in their specific geographic region.
In the final stages of the build, we prioritized long-term user engagement and trust. We integrated a fully automated MailChimp marketing ecosystem. This setup includes custom-designed templates and animated pop-up banners triggered by specific user behaviors to drive conversions. To solidify the platform's market presence, we activated premium SEO extensions for advanced search optimization and integrated comprehensive GDPR compliance tools, ensuring a transparent, secure, and professional environment from the moment of launch.
