Our process
From idea to clicks, super fast!
1. Discovery / 5 working days
We learn your business, goals, audience, and competitors, and audit any existing site. You get a clear brief that sets scope, success metrics, and a sitemap, so the whole project has a solid foundation before any work starts.
2. Research & ideation / 3, 4 working days
We turn the brief into direction: user research, audience personas, content structure, and low-fidelity wireframes that map each key page. This is where we decide how the site should work before visual design begins, which keeps later stages fast.
3. Design / 5–7 working days
We design the visual system on top of the wireframes: layout, colour, typography, UI components, and clickable prototypes. You review and approve the look and feel here, so nothing is a surprise at build.
4. Implementation / 2 weeks
We build the approved design into a working site: front-end, back-end, CMS setup, integrations, and full testing across devices and browsers. Development runs in parallel with design, so the build stays tight and you see progress section by section.
5. Support
Every project includes free mandatory support for the first three months. We watch the site, fix any glitches, faults, or unforeseen issues, and make sure it performs well, since most problems surface within that window. After three months, clients not on a retainer take over care themselves. Clients on a retainer get ongoing tech support plus the extra aspects their retainer covers.
