Casa Serenna

As a brand-new business, Casa Serenna approached us to design and develop their first website from the ground up. The goal was to establish a professional digital presence that allows them to market the villa directly.

The primary challenge was to create a high-end visual gateway for the property while ensuring that the website's booking calendar remains 100% accurate and synced with third-party platforms like Booking.com, Agoda, Vrbo and Airbnb to prevent any possibility of double bookings.

We began with a high-intensity design phase in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to construct the new brand's visual identity and logo, ensuring the website launched with a premium, professional Corporate Identity.

To handle the technical complexity of the reservations, we integrated a specialized Vacation Rental Software (VMS) that serves as the "source of truth" for the property's availability. We configured the logic so that the master calendar in the VMS stays updated with reservations from all third-party platforms (like Airbnb and Booking.com) and then automatically populates the website's frontend with the correct "booked" status.

This bidirectional flow allows the business to remain independent and take direct reservations while ensuring that whenever a date is set, the change is instantly pushed across the entire ecosystem.
